Which carriers do you use to ship?

We use USPS and FedEx for both domestic and international orders.

How can I track my order?  

Tracking will be on your "Order Status" page once your order has been shipped.  Link to your Order Status page will be emailed to you.  If you do not see any movement or updates on your tracking please email customer service at theglamshop@aol.com.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

After handling time all domestic orders will take 3-5 business days.  Business days do not include weekends or holidays.  

For international orders delivery will take 7-14 business days.  Customs may delay the delivery of your order.  At the moment we are only accepting international orders to Canada.  More countries will be added soon!

Important note: Handling time is the time it takes us to process your order.  Handling time varies; please see details on each individual listing.  Weekends, holidays, customs and weather may delay the delivery of your order, therefore all delivery times are estimates.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned if initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.  To initiate a return request a return authorization for Glam Shop Collection.  Return labels are not provided at this time.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping postage.  Returns must be in the same condition sent.  Any product deemed damaged will not be eligible for a return.  Items returned in same condition will be refunded.  Returns received in same condition will be issued store credit.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the shipping address provided during the checkout process is incomplete or inaccurate we will not issue store credit and we will not re-ship your order.  It is your responsibility to verify all information prior to submitting an order.

Makeup and Undergarments are NOT eligible for return.

Sale/Discounted/Clearance/Glam Dollar Deal Items are not eligible for return.

Where can I request a Return Authorization?

Please email us at theglamshop@aol.com to obtain a Return Authorization number and return instructions. Please note the reason for return.

Do you Ship Internationally?  

At this time we ship to internationally to Canada.  More countries will be added soon!

Will I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?

Yes!  All international orders are subject to duties, customs and value added taxes.  Any charges must be paid upon receipt of the order.  You will be responsible for any charges; they are not included in your shipping fee.

If you refuse a shipment from The Glam Shop you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.

**Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the shipping address provided during the checkout process is incomplete or inaccurate we will not issue store credit and we will not re-ship your order.  It is your responsibility to verify all information prior to submitting an order.

International Returns/Exchanges: Duties, taxes, shipping fees, import fees will NOT be refunded. If you want to return your purchase please contact us at theglamshop@aol.com to start the process.  You are responsible for return shipping charges, we do not provided return shipping labels at this time.

In the event that the return fees exceed the purchase amount plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.
